Vision: “Our people are inspired to go Beyond the Expected”
In the U.S. alone, there 6.5 million industrial and commercial buildings that on average, are 50 years old. In 70% of them, it has been over 30 years since lighting, heating, cooling, and other energy systems have been replaced.
Today’s lighting systems alone are 50-60% more efficient in using each kilowatt of power they consume, but yet only 2% of the capital requests for energy efficiency improvements get approved.
It’s time to take control of our nation’s energy challenges and rather than fight them, embrace them. The solutions are already here. Our vision is simple, reduce first, then produce. Start first with reducing energy use by installing energy efficient and water conservation technologies. Then install renewable energy systems like solar.
Imagine if you could install new lighting, heating, and cooling systems in 50-year-old buildings and reduce the annual utility costs by 30-40%. Imagine installing a solar and energy storage system to eliminate the peak electricity costs that most industrial and commercial buildings owners face each day.
Imagine this happening at no cost to the building owner as 100% of the cost is covered through long-term financing, incentives, and tax credits and the savings is greater than the cost from day one. Now imagine working for a company that is making this happen today.
