Company History & Overview

Company Overview

The Energy Alliance Group (EAG) is a green energy solutions and cost recovery company. We provide energy-saving products, technologies, and services for commercial, industrial, multifamily, and non-profit buildings. We also provide many energy solutions for agricultural applications.

What Sets EAG Apart

EAG takes a holistic approach to water usage, operating cost, and energy reductions. We do this with our Four Cores:

  • Services
  • Technologies
  • Incentives
  • Financing

All of these are critical elements that help ensure the highest possible ROI for clients.

How We Help

Unlike many competitors. EAG is technology neutral, meaning that we do not represent or distribute any particular product or technology. That means that we provide clients with optimal energy savings solutions, not one in which EAG would have a vested interest.

Our service offering also allows EAG to identify a number of operational savings. These include:

  • Niche engineering-based tax incentives
  • Specialized cost recovery programs
  • Utility choice programs
  • Telecommunication expense management
  • Other services that complement our holistic approach

Additionally, we also define the total cost of ownership, most often for a 20-year outlook period.

Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE)

EAG’s capabilities and areas of expertise have positioned us well to take advantage of the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing program. PACE is an innovative way to finance 100% of:

  • Energy efficiency upgrades
  • On-site renewable energy projects
  • Water conservation measures

PACE loans are repaid by a voluntary special property tax assessment with fixed interest rates terms of 20 years and greater. These loans are non-recourse and “run with the land.” That means that when the property is sold, the subsequent owner is responsible for the continued payments.

These loans are incredibly impactful for the energy efficiency and water sustainability and conservation industries.

EAG is an approved PACE project developer and we assume “cradle to grave” responsibility for energy or water efficiency upgrades. This includes new construction and PACE refinancing projects. As a PACE project developer, we guarantee the resulting energy savings.
